Our Coty Amsterdam Marketing Team is looking for a passionate and driven Marketeer to accelerate the growth of our Scenting business—one of Coty’s key strategic priorities within the Fragrance category.

In this role, you will lead the acceleration of adidas and Bruno Banani across all countries and channels managed by the Amsterdam Marketing Hub. You will be responsible for developing and flawlessly executing 360° local marketing strategies, shaping the future of these iconic brands across diverse markets.

In this role, you will accelerate brand growth while strengthening your strategic, commercial, and cross‑functional leadership skills:

  • Shape and accelerate the growth strategy for adidas and Bruno Banani by leading 4P strategic planning, building IMPs, and driving brand priorities across all markets and channels.
  • Act as the key commercial and marketing partner for cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders, strengthening collaboration and elevating the visibility of the Scenting portfolio.
  • Deliver impactful 360° activations by partnering with Media, PR/Influencer, Merchandising, and In‑Store/E‑com teams to create campaigns that boost sell‑out and strengthen brand equity.
  • Drive distribution expansion and trade excellence by steering retailer activations, identifying white‑space opportunities, and ensuring premium execution across markets.
  • Unlock business growth through sharp budget management, P&L insights, performance tracking, and continuous identification of new opportunities.
  • Fuel E‑commerce acceleration by analyzing sell‑out trends, selecting winning innovations, and ensuring flawless on‑site readiness for all launches.
  • Lead launch readiness and operational excellence, partnering with Demand Planning, adapting global toolkits, overseeing gifting/GWP programs, and tracking retailer sell‑out and market share.

You enjoy solving commercial challenges through a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data‑driven insight. As a seasoned Brand Manager professional, you thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate naturally across functions, always with a strong commercial focus and ownership mindset.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG Beauty marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, agile mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and deep consumer understanding.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
