Kick-start your marketing career by supporting real brand campaigns at TicketSwap and learning how a global marketplace brand connects with fans worldwide.

Job description

TicketSwap is on a mission to make buying and selling tickets safer and fairer for fans all over the world. With more than 18 million users across 42 countries, we work with event organisers, partners, and fans to build trust in live experiences, from local gigs to global festivals.

To help shape how TicketSwap shows up in the world, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Intern who’s curious about brand building, storytelling, and creative campaigns. Someone who wants to learn how a global brand comes to life, across channels, audiences, and moments that matter. Ready to help us show up consistently, confidently, and creatively?

What You’ll Do

As our Brand Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Brand team across a wide range of initiatives, from campaigns and partnerships to social, content, and brand consistency. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we build and protect the TicketSwap brand, and you’ll contribute to real projects from day one.

You’ll work closely with the Brand, Design, and Performance Marketing teams, and collaborate with teams like Partnerships, Product, and CX to make sure our brand feels coherent and on-point wherever fans and partners meet us.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support brand marketing projects and campaigns from idea to execution, helping us bring our brand to life across channels
  • Help gather and shape stories from partners, fans, and internal teams that reflect what TicketSwap stands for
  • Assist with brand and messaging consistency across touchpoints, from campaigns to presentations to social posts
  • Contribute to social media planning and execution, helping keep our channels fresh, relevant, and on-brand
  • Help create and refine copy for a mix of brand assets, such as campaign content, landing pages, partner stories, and social posts
  • Support the Design team by preparing content and helping ensure everything feels visually on-brand
  • Assist with short-form content and video ideas for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including concepts, filming and copywriting
  • Help monitor brand and social performance, learning how we track awareness, engagement, and impact
  • Support reporting and retrospectives, helping turn insights into learnings for future brand work
  • Stay curious about how TicketSwap is perceived externally, and proactively share ideas to improve how we show up

About You

You don’t need to tick every box to apply. This role is about learning, experimenting, and growing, with guidance and support from the team.

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (HBO or University), ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • You’re curious about brand marketing and excited to learn how brands are built and maintained over time
  • You enjoy working with words, visuals, and ideas, and thinking about how they come together
  • You communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement)
  • You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasks and projects
  • You like collaborating with different people, such as designers, marketers, and salespeople
  • Interest or experience in social media, content creation, or creative campaigns
  • Basic familiarity with marketing metrics, brand performance, or analytics, or a strong desire to learn
  • Experience with short-form video, presentations, or creative tools
  • An interest in live music, festivals, sports, or events

What’s in it for you

  • This is a paid, full-time internship
  • Flexible schedule, we’re happy to work around your classes, research, or thesis
  • Practical experience with brand marketing in a real business environment at TicketSwap
  • Hands-on involvement in campaigns, brand positioning, and creative projects
