This role delivers technical training and education related to installation and maintenance of all available Philips Computed Tomography (CT) systems to Philips Field Service Engineers and equivalent non-Philips engineers. The Philips CT system families include: Brilliance, Ingenuity, iCT, IQon, Spectral CT7500, MX16, Access CT, CT3500, Incisive CT, CT5300, Rembra, Areta.

Your Role:

  • Provide effective and professional trainee experience in multiple learning environments (virtual training, classroom training and laboratory-based training).

  • Take personal ownership of the trainee experience and safety.

  • Exhibit superior presentation skills; deliver engaging learning events, whether in person or online. Use interactive tools to keep your trainees engaged.

  • Facilitate and encourage communication among trainees, encouraging them to work together. Create a safe and cohesive learning community in which learners share ideas, apply knowledge, give feedback and make reflections on their work.

  • Contribute to the design, development, review, implementation and evaluation of learning services, education and training courses and material, according to the applicable QMS directives and processes.

  • Provide feedback to trainees and evaluate performance throughout the learning event. Review feedback from trainees and recommend changes to learning services, as appropriate.

  • Use proper materials, student support systems, technical methods, learning management systems, learning strategies and assessment techniques.

  • Adopt the common company style and standards in the delivery of learning services. Adhere to the company policies, procedures, and processes as it relates to quality and Philips Business System.

You are part of the Service Education team of the CT/AMI Business Unit within Philips Healthcare. You will be part of the Global CT/AMI Training Academy team, reporting to the CT/AMI Campus Delivery Manager based in Best, the Netherlands, and are functionally guided by Instructional Designers, peer education content developers and service innovation engineers.

You're likely the right fit for this job if you:

  • Possess a Bachelor in Technical Science Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics or ICT.

  • Are a subject matter expert in CT or comparable professional industry.

  • Have didactical/training experience; virtual classroom delivery is strongly preferred.

  • Are able to work independently.

  • Have willingness to travel 5%.
