About the role:

As an intern in Recruiting, you will be an integral part of our in-house recruiting team and work closely with experienced recruiters. You will gain a realistic insight into modern recruiting in a dynamic e-commerce environment and quickly take on responsibility for your own topics.

The internship is hands-on and learning-intensive, giving you the opportunity not only to get to know recruiting, but to actively shape it. We take time for your

About your Tasks:

  • You actively support the recruiting process and accompany vacancies from start to finish.
  • You assist in reviewing applications and conduct initial interviews together with the team.
  • You coordinate interviews and stay in close contact with candidates.
  • You contribute to active sourcing activities and learn how to approach talents in a targeted way.
  • You help create and continuously improve job postings.
  • You get involved in recruiting projects and take ownership of smaller topics of your own.

About you:

  • You are a student or currently in a gap year and already have some initial exposure to recruiting or HR.
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and like to think proactively.
  • You communicate clearly and respectfully and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You are eager to take on responsibility and don’t just want to observe from the sidelines.
  • You are curious, willing to learn, and have a good sense for quality.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoy being hands-on.
