We’re looking for a Global Social Media Specialist to join Versuni’s Global Social Media team. This role sits at the center of global social operations, translating strategy into high-quality, scalable execution across global channels and markets.

You’ll turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans for always-on content and global campaigns, ensuring the brand shows up in a platform-native, culturally relevant, on-brand, and performance-driven way. You’ll also support global reporting and insights, helping turn data into clear performance learnings across markets.

Working closely with Global Social leadership, local market teams, external agencies, and cross-functional partners across Brand, Marketing, Care, and Media, you’ll help ensure social programs are aligned, operationally strong, and globally consistent.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced social media professional who blends creative thinking with analytical rigor and is comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end in a global environment. As a key contributor to Versuni’s global social media ecosystem, you’ll help bring global strategy to life and drive meaningful business impact through social media worldwide.

About the role

The impact you’ll make:

Global Social Execution & Enablement

  • Support the execution of the global social media strategy across owned social channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Translate global priorities into clear guidance for markets, including always-on frameworks, campaign toolkits, content priorities, and platform best practices.
  • Support global social channels while enabling consistent, high-quality execution across local markets.
  • Support planning and launch readiness for global social initiatives, coordinating timelines, inputs, and market enablement.

Global Campaigns & Innovation Support

  • Own and support the development of social assets and toolkits for key global campaigns and innovation launches.
  • Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables across global teams, creative partners, and markets.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered as social-first, platform-native executions that integrate smoothly into broader marketing initiatives.

Always-On & Global Channel Operations

  • Support global always-on social activity, including content calendars, asset production, toolkit delivery, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with external and internal partners to support end-to-end content workflows.
  • Help ensure consistency, quality, and best-practice execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Reporting, Insights & Performance

  • Support global social reporting, including data consolidation, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Evaluate global and market-level performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Share learnings and best practices across the company to continuously improve performance and execution.
  • Contribute to a test-and-learn mindset across content, formats, and platforms based on data-informed insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Digital, Brand, Marketing, Care, Media, and other partners to align messaging, calendars, and priorities.
  • Support clear communication and alignment between global strategy and local execution.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles (brand, agency, or global environment).
  • Strong understanding of all key social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and their best practices.
  • Proven experience supporting or owning social campaigns, channels, or toolkits in a global or multi-market context.
  • Strong creative instincts with a solid analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, reporting, and insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passion for digital culture, trends, creators, and social-first storytelling.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong awareness of social and cultural trends, with the ability to translate relevant moments into on-brand social recommendations
  • Preferred experience with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, DAM systems).
