Project Manager Agile (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

At Hypersolid, we’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong affinity for Agile and Scrum-based delivery. Someone who can guide teams and clients through evolving scopes and changing priorities, without losing control or clarity. You’ll work on digital products delivered under an adaptive model, where progress, value, and alignment matter more than fixed promises.

What you’ll do

You actively support team formation and development, recognising the different phases teams go through, from forming to performing. Clarity is created around roles, ways of working, and expectations. Team happiness is monitored, friction is addressed early, and an environment is fostered that enables teams to grow into stable, high-performing delivery units over time.

Projects are supported and driven in an adaptive, iterative way. Structure is built amid uncertainty, collaboration is facilitated, and delivery remains transparent. Backlog management, sprint cadence, and Scrum ceremonies are actively supported, while stakeholders are kept clearly informed about progress, priorities, effort, and budget. Projects are managed through change, not despite it.

Agile delivery & coordination

• Maintain a healthy product backlog together with the team
• Support sprint cadence and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Track progress using Agile metrics where relevant
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about progress, priorities, and impact
• Support adaptive scope without creating false expectations

Our team & culture

You’ll join a Project Management team of around 10 colleagues, spanning junior to senior levels. We work closely together, share knowledge openly, and support each other when projects get tough. There is significant autonomy without working in isolation. Transparency, collaboration, and learning matter more than rigid process.

What you bring

• 3–6 years of experience in Agile project or delivery roles
• Hands-on experience with Scrum or Agile frameworks
• A PSM or PMI-ACP certification, or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
