Sales Coordinator Marine

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator Marine in our Marine Division.

About the role:

In this role, you will coordinate and initiate YME’s actions to meet sales targets defined in the Mid Term Plan (MTP), marketing plan, and budget.
You generate creative ideas and leverage a proactive attitude to deliver results. Additionally, you gather, analyse and report relevant market and business intelligence within the Marine environment to support the realization of a Pan-European strategy. You serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding sales information for assigned distributors.

Your responsibilities:

  • Inform, advise, and get feedback from distributors, on a daily basis regarding market data, competitor activity and marketing & sales activities to ensure business transparency and help distributors achieve mutual targets;
  • Analyze and report market data gathered from distributors and competitors;
  • Gather, communicate, and maintain relevant and accurate Marine product information (e.g., price lists) in an efficient, timely and structural manner;
  • Closely monitor distributors’ market positions and implement corrective actions to remain aligned with the targets;
  • Identify local needs and develop action plans for each distributor, enabling the Marine Division to execute the Marine strategy throughout Europe.
  • Support distributors by monitoring dealer networks, sales conditions, and Pan-European pricing structures.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support the local implementation of the Division’s key action points throughout the season.

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 3 years of Business experience in a related field;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher professional education in a Commercial or Sales discipline;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business as required;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
