Brand Coordinator OLV (Outdoor Land Vehicle) – Marketing Division

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator OLV (Outdoor Land Vehicle) in our Marketing Division.

About the role:
A Coordinator must be able to wear many hats and facilitate various deliverables simultaneously. In this role, you will coordinate activities and provide support to senior team members, including Specialists, the Lead, and the Manager. Your main duties will involve operational activities for all assigned products, accessories, and events—ensuring alignment with the strategy and targets set by the Manager. Additionally, you will support the creation of communication materials for our European distributors, assisting with localization, printing, and distribution under the guidance of the Specialist, Lead or the Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the marketing plan, strategy and positioning for the OLV category;
  • Support the execution of necessary activities by following the 7 step customer lifecycle methodology to exceed customer expectations at all touchpoints;
  • Ensure the timely production of all communication materials needed to promote Yamaha products and related services/activities for OLV;
  • Support the distribution of various assets for new products to provide distributors with relevant sales tools, supporting new product launches and to improving reach to target customers;
  • Ensure the execution of Press Test and customer events managed by the Trade Marketing and Events Department within the Marketing Division;
  • Oversee the execution of pan-European online & offline media campaigns;
  • Analyze competitors throughout the year and stay up-to-date with latest industry trends;
  • Ensure the periodic creation of reports and structured reviews of activity results both from a customer and distributor perspective.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or proven experience developing and executing marketing plans;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment;
  • Experience creating a marketing campaign, strategies, and planning skills;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills;
  • Strategic thinker & creative;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Open attitude, supportive and a go-getter;
  • Availability to travel;
  • High interest in recreational vehicles products;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
