Are you ready to build the future of web games?

Poki is a fast-growing tech scale-up on a mission to build the ultimate online playground for casual web games. With 90 million monthly players and a thriving developer ecosystem, we believe sustainable advertising is the best way to keep high-quality games free and accessible across devices. As our Senior Product Manager for Adtech & Monetisation, you will define how advertising works on Poki for players, developers, and advertisers.

What this job is about:

You will own the product strategy for advertising and in-game monetisation on the Poki platform. This includes improving revenue per player and per impression, evolving in-game ad formats and integrations, improving our SDK and ad stack, and shaping how advertisers interact with our supply. You will collaborate across engineering, developer relations, data, and business teams to ship improvements that help developers earn money, advertisers reach relevant audiences, and players enjoy a great free-to-play experience.

Your challenge as a Senior Product Manager – Monetisation & Adtech:

  • Own the adtech and monetisation roadmap end-to-end, from opportunity discovery and experimentation to rollout.
  • Evaluate and improve in-game and display/video ad integrations to optimise revenue, user experience, and advertiser win rates.
  • Collaborate with game developers worldwide to improve SDK adoption and in-game monetisation performance.
  • Research the evolving adtech landscape to identify opportunities and advantages for brands and advertisers.
  • Contribute to Poki’s long-term monetisation strategy, business model, and ecosystem economics.

You:

  • Have 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 2–3 years in online advertising, programmatic, or monetisation (for example, Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSP, Prebid).
  • Are technically literate, able to explain monetisation concepts to engineers and understand integration constraints.
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable with experimentation, metrics, and data-driven prioritisation.
  • Are motivated by revenue outcomes and improving developer earnings and platform economics.
  • Are an effective stakeholder operator who aligns engineering, data, and commercial teams to ship meaningful improvements.
  • Think strategically while working in an agile, iterative way and validating ideas early.
  • Are fluent in English.

Bonus experience:

  • Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or game design.
  • Experience with in-game ad UX or playable ad formats.
  • SQL proficiency.

Why work at Poki?

Poki is building the ultimate online playground for casual games, for players, developers, and advertisers. We combine creativity, data, and craft to make the web fun again. You will join a diverse, talented, and self-motivated team where autonomy is real, bureaucracy is minimal, and experimentation never stops.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Direct impact on 90 million monthly players, 600+ developers, and global advertisers.
  • Ownership over a critical revenue and ecosystem pillar for the company.
  • Deep learning in multi-sided platform dynamics and adtech economics.
  • No formal hierarchy and a high degree of personal responsibility and freedom.

At Poki, play is how we learn. That's why we’re on a mission to create the ultimate online playground. With tons of games for players of all ages, we’re bringing fun to the next level.
By giving smart and creative people the freedom to do great work, we’re committed to creating the best gaming experience on the web for players, game developers, and advertisers.
