Join Allseas as a Crew Planner and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our offshore fleet.

You can visualize it as the Outlook Scheduler, but on steroids!

As a part of our Marine or Construction department, you will collaborate closely with the Crew Operations team to manage the personnel planning across our fleet. You will create well-balanced schedules that align with specific project and vessel requirements, contributing to a successful execution of our projects.

Your role

In order to be a good fit for this position, you should recognize yourself largely in the following criteria:

  • You have at least five years of experience as a (Crew) Planner and you have proven your talent and potential when it comes to planning
  • Experience in the maritime sector is a great asset, but planners from other industries are also more than welcome
  • Even more important: you have the will to deal with complex plannings, changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances
  • You are not afraid to ask for help from your team, and your colleagues can count on your help when needed
  • You are both assertive and diplomatic in your communication and you know how to deal with different stakeholders (crew members, superintendents, captains...)
  • You speak and write fluent English; knowledge of the Dutch language is an asset
  • You are willing to travel from time to time and maintain visibility across our fleet, this includes visits to vessels and our main office in Delft

What we offer

Working for Allseas means contributing to the development of top-notch technologies and achieving industry firsts, such as building the world’s largest heavy-lifting vessel and performing the heaviest single lift of all time.

You can count on:

  • A passionate, team-oriented work environment with an informal atmosphere and extremely helpful colleagues
  • A historic, monumental building in Essen (Belgium) with a unique blend of coziness and cosmopolitanism, alongside colleagues from many different countries
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth, including study budgets, trainings, and coaching.
  • A competitive salary based on your level of experience, collective health insurance, hospitalization insurance, eco-cheques, and one of the best pension plans in the market!
  • Support for a healthy work-life balance with very flexible working hours (start between 07:00–10:00), a 38-hour work week, and early Fridays.
  • Allseas has earned the “World-Class Workplace” label, based entirely on employee feedback.
