Are you a creative and proactive HBO/WO student with an affinity for internal communication, HRM, and organizational development? Would you like to apply your talents in a high-tech environment where aviation technology takes center stage? Then Aeronamic in Almelo is looking for you!

Activities

Aeronamic develops and produces high-quality technical products for the international aerospace industry. We want to inform and connect our employees even better to our organization. This includes:

• Creating awareness of where our products are used and the impact they make
• Clearly communicating planned activities and events
• Giving structural attention to safety points and other important internal updates

Currently, a lot of information gets lost through emails or outdated posters. You will have the opportunity to improve this by smartly implementing digital screens and a renewed intranet.

What will you do?

• Develop an internal communication plan that truly reaches our employees
• Research what is needed to optimally inform the shop floor, offices, and reception area
• Contribute ideas on the use of digital screens and other communication tools: which screens work best and where should they be placed for maximum reach?
• Create guidelines and formats for the right content per target group
• Set up a management structure to ensure information remains up to date
