For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Coordinator in our Powered-Two Wheelers (PTW) Division.

About the role:
The BI Coordinator supports PTW’s business growth by analyzing and visualizing complex data to generate high-quality, stakeholder-focused reports. This role is responsible for maintaining systems that enable PTW departments and distributors to align their operations with core commercial priorities and strategic objectives. With a focus on enhancing data accessibility, quality, and consistency on a global and Pan-European scale, the BI Coordinator utilizes strong project management skills to support mid-to-long-term strategic objectives and streamline system operations.

Your responsibilities:

Strategic Support & BI Coordination

• Coordinate BI objective rollouts and support the delivery of mid-to-long-term strategic goals for the Power Two Wheeler (PTW) division.
• Act as the primary BI liaison for key stakeholders, providing data-driven inputs to achieve customer-centric KPIs.
• Support business transformation and process improvement projects in collaboration with the BI Lead.
• Conduct initial project assessments to help build business cases for the IT roadmap and digitalization initiatives.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Gather business requirements from the PTW division to drive process and system enhancements.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support daily operations and strategic planning events.
• Create business reports by aggregating data from diverse platforms, including Cognos, Pyramid, Oxford Economics, and Salesforce.
• Serve as Data Steward to maintain high data quality and identify opportunities for database improvements.
• Liaise with operational teams to address system challenges across platforms like AS400, TM1, and SAP.

Stakeholder Management & Market Knowledge

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to better understand daily operational and system needs.
• Facilitate feedback sessions to translate departmental challenges into technical requirements for future projects.
• Develop expertise in system interdependencies to ensure smooth data flow and interface management across the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the PTW product lineup, distributor networks, and market trends.
• Synthesize operational insights from both central headquarters and local distribution channels.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 3–5 years of business experience, including at least 3 years specifically in business analysis, data analysis or a related field.
• University degree, preferably in Business management, Business economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with system knowledge, with exposure to analytical tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office, with advanced command of Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with key business stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with an International Corporate Environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is considered a significant plus.
