Finance Manager Consumer Beauty Global Fixed Costs Controlling

As our Fixed Costs Controller, you will ensure accurate cost forecasting, efficient headcount controlling, and smooth operational processes across our Finance organization. You will drive visibility, planning, and impactful insights that support decision‑making at all levels.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Fixed Cost Controller, you play a critical role in managing fixed cost controlling, headcount planning, and operational finance processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution across the business. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide reliable data, proactive planning, and process excellence.

You will be reporting to the Finance Director, and you will manage:

1. Fixed Cost Controlling

• Lead cost forecasting and scenario modelling
• Manage business controlling activities for fixed costs
• Ensure accuracy of cost allocation and tracking
• Support testing and formulation‑related cost reviews
• Provide exposure and insights to management

2. Headcount Controlling

• Oversee headcount planning and forecasting
• Coordinate with HR on transitions and forecasting updates
• Ensure resource needs are covered across teams
• Provide insights and dashboards to leadership
• Support operational workforce planning

3. Operational Finance Processes

• Manage purchase order approvals and ensure compliance
• Oversee day‑to‑day cost operations
• Optimize systems and tools (SAP preferred)
• Ensure smooth process execution and communication
• Keep management fully up to speed on cost performance

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a detail‑driven and analytically strong finance professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, structured, and able to operate with high ownership.

Hard Skills:

• Experience in business controlling
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Big 4 / Audit experience is a plus
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Strong understanding of financial systems & processes
• Fluent in English, any other European languages is a plus
