In this role as Senior Legal Counsel – Product Regulatory, you help ensure that ASML’s advanced technology meets global product safety and compliance standards. Your work supports the development of systems that power the world’s microchips. These systems make smartphones, medical equipment, satellites, and countless digital tools possible.
You contribute to ASML’s mission to push the boundaries of innovation while meeting product regulatory and safety requirements worldwide. You work closely with experts across the company and help guide decisions that shape the lifecycle of ASML’s high‑tech products.
As Senior Legal Counsel – Product Regulatory, you act as a trusted legal advisor in a fast‑moving environment. You help teams navigate regulatory complexity and support safe and compliant innovation across the company.

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:
You will join ASML’s Legal and Compliance department as part of the Litigation, Investigations and Regulatory team. You report to the Head of Litigation, Investigations and Regulatory and work closely with teams across development, quality, sourcing, and customer support.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
