In this role as an Audio‑Video Professional – ABS IT Operations, you play a key role in delivering high‑quality events at ASML’s headquarters in Veldhoven. You make sure that large meetings, presentations, and broadcasts run smoothly and professionally. Your work helps leaders, teams, and external guests connect, collaborate, and share knowledge effectively.

Within ASML Business Services, you contribute by providing reliable audio‑visual services that support communication, decision‑making, and global collaboration.

Role and responsibilities

As an Audio‑Video Professional – ABS IT Operations, you support events from preparation through execution. You combine technical expertise with strong coordination skills to deliver a seamless experience for presenters and audiences.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and operate audio‑visual setups for events in auditoriums and large meeting spaces.
  • Support event hosts and presenters before and during sessions.
  • Coordinate planning, crew allocation, and run books for scheduled events.
  • Operate and manage audio, video, lighting, and recording systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and production companies.
  • Act as a single point of contact for continuity of auditorium AV services.
  • Contribute to improvements and changes in AV services and event standards.

Education and experience

You bring hands‑on experience in corporate audio‑visual environments and enjoy working in dynamic event settings.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Three to seven years of experience in an audio‑visual or similar role.
  • Experience supporting events in corporate or professional environments.
  • Familiarity with online meeting and webcasting solutions, such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience working with external vendors or production partners.
  • Comfort working in environments with strict timelines and high expectations.
