Kinfill is growing fast. We’re building a cleaner world with beautifully designed refillable cleaning products. Our next phase is focused on international scaling and strengthening brand awareness across Europe.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can accelerate brand awareness in the Netherlands, the UK, Germany and Belgium — and help lay the foundation for further European growth.

You connect brand, story and emotion into a cohesive, scalable marketing engine and take ownership of it end to end. From planning and theme development to execution, measurement and optimisation, you think conceptually and act operationally — developing smart, commercially minded campaigns that feel both aspirational and effective.

What you’ll do:

1. Own our campaign strategy and planning

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer acquisition, in close collaboration with the Growth Lead
  • Build and maintain a structured, forward-looking marketing calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal moments and audience behaviour
  • Ensure campaigns are clearly scoped, well timed and consistently

2. Turn ideas into high-quality campaigns

  • Translate brand stories and campaign themes into clear, compelling marketing concepts
  • Work closely with the Creative Producer to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
  • Safeguard quality, consistency and detail across every touchpoint

3. Drive impact through partnerships and promotions

  • Develop thoughtful promotions and collaborations that attract high-quality customers, together with the Partnerships Manager
  • Initiate and manage brand partnerships and collabs that strengthen brand affinity and reach
  • Balance creativity with clear commercial outcomes

4. Translate campaigns into content and copy

  • Convert campaign themes into structured content plans, including newsletters, email flows and campaign-specific content
  • Collaborate closely with social to ensure messaging is aligned across channels
  • Write and refine copy to maintain a consistent, refined Kinfill tone of voice

5. Scale our marketing across Europe

  • Define clear KPIs for each campaign and monitor performance throughout execution
  • Analyse results and translate insights into concrete optimisations
  • Build a culture where each campaign informs and improves the next

Who you are:

  • 4–6 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or subscriptions
  • Proven experience growing a brand in an early scale-up phase
  • Commercially minded, with a strong sense of how brand and growth reinforce each other
  • Experienced in shaping positioning, campaigns and content at scale
  • Structured and plan-driven — you bring clarity where things are still evolving
  • Data-literate and insight-led, without over-optimising creativity
  • Chaos becomes clarity in your hands
  • Comfortable switching between concept, execution and performance review
  • Calm, accountable and quality-driven

What we offer:

  • A key role in a fast-growing, creative, and close-knit team
  • The chance to help shape one of Europe’s most beautiful sustainable D2C brands
  • A lot of ownership and freedom to test new ideas
  • A growing company where you help define the direction
  • Daily vegetarian team lunches
  • Hybrid working and strong personal development support
  • A competitive salary based on experience and background

Send us your CV to HR@kinfill.care and/or portfolio and tell us why you’re the perfect Marketing Lead for Kinfill.
