This internship opportunity is for a Portfolio Excellence Intern – OneGrooming (Global Consumer Marketing).

Start date: February / March

Duration: 6 months

Your role:

The greater impact of this role

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening portfolio performance and enabling forward-looking commercial initiatives by supporting data-driven decision-making and helping coordinate innovation and activation planning across regions. Your work will support the alignment of portfolio strategy, commercial moments, and market needs, helping drive sustainable growth and category excellence.

Team and stakeholders

You will be part of the global OneGrooming Business Category team and work closely with the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including design, innovation, and regional market teams, requiring strong coordination across functions and geographies to bring data, ideas, and timelines together into clear and actionable overviews.

Development opportunities

This internship offers hands-on experience in portfolio management, consumer marketing analytics, commercial planning, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration within a global organization. You will strengthen your Excel and analytical skills, learn how data and insights support strategic business decisions, and gain exposure to how innovation ideas are translated into commercial opportunities. You will also develop strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

You're the right fit if:

1. Experience

  • Experience working with data, analysis, dashboards, or structured reporting through an internship, project, or similar practical setting
  • Previous internship or practical experience in analytics, consumer marketing, category management, or commercial / portfolio performance roles is a plus

2. Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, basic modeling)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets such as sales, portfolio, pricing, or promotional data
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking; structured, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with multiple teams
  • Good communication skills, able to explain numbers and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to structure ambiguous information and consolidate inputs into clear overviews, timelines, or planning documents

3. Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Marketing, Marketing Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Business Analytics Management, Business Economics, Business Administration or Business Management, International Business, or a related field

4. Anything else

  • Interest in consumer products, category management, and portfolio strategy
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn with a hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and working on cross-functional projects
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment with discretion when required
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
