This internship supports Philips Real Estate in analyzing data related to workplace utilization, smart building solutions, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize real estate strategies and enhance employee experience in Philips offices.

Your role:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze real estate and workplace data from multiple sources.
  • Develop one-off reports using Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Support ongoing projects related to smart buildings, workplace experience and management.
  • Provide actionable insights for real estate strategies.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders.

You're the right fit if:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied mathematics, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of R, Python or Qlik Sense other BI tools for data analysis and automation.
