Are you ready to make an impact and discover your best self as a Junior Technical Business Analyst at Rabobank?

The role

During our Early Career Program at Rabobank, you will work on your career by joining a dynamic team in customer journeys, insurance, and pensions, focusing on onboarding new clients and supporting business processes. You will start in a junior position, always paired with a senior business analyst, and quickly gain practical experience in an agile scrum environment.

After the program

After completing the program, you will be ready to continue your journey with us as a Junior Technical Business Analyst, equipped with valuable skills and a strong network within the bank. You will have the opportunity to specialise or explore areas you enjoy most, contributing to both your personal growth and Rabobank’s mission to grow a better world together. You will participate in workshops and training modules and spend most Fridays in training sessions at our Utrecht offices or online.

Practical examples

As a Junior Technical Business Analyst, you know the secrets of onboarding new clients, collaborating in agile scrum teams, and supporting either business or private client journeys.

You will:

  • Refine and break down business requirements into actionable stories under the guidance of a senior analyst.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality engineers to deliver new functionalities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new business or private clients, including identification and verification.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and open work culture.
  • Take initiative in organising and improving team processes.

You and your future

For your personal development, you and your fellow starters will follow the Early Career Program and receive guidance from a Development Consultant. We’re here to prepare you for sustainable career!

Your development as a young professional

Within this program, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself, the field, and Rabobank. You will start in a junior position within one team, participate in workshops and training modules with other juniors, and quickly gain practical experience.

Together with the Technical Business Analyst community there is room for creativity and initiative to organize events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. This way, we continuously improve the program and ourselves! You will easily build a large and valuable network within the bank.
