The role

As Specialist, Sales Project Management, you are part of a country team within our Sales organization. You work closely with fellow Sales Project Coordinators, Sales Engineers, Sales Project Managers, Industry Sales Managers, Planners and administrative support.

You are responsible for the timely and successful delivery of machines and production lines to customers worldwide, in line with agreed specifications, quality standards and conditions.

You truly are the spider in the web, coordinating people, processes and information across departments.

What you’ll be doing

• Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.

• Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production.

• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.

• Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations (from Boxmeer).

• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.

• Oversee the full project process: from quotation phase through installation, commissioning, training and handover to customers.

• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.

• Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions through partnership.

• Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.

About you

• You have an HTS / Bachelor-level education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• You bring 2–5 years of experience in a project-based or coordination role.

• You have strong organizational skills and remain calm under pressure.

• You maintain oversight across multiple projects and processes.

• You are inquisitive, determined and solution-oriented.

• You take initiative and think one step ahead within projects.

• You are proactive, driven and focused on achieving results.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
