Master Data Senior Coordinator

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by ensuring the highest standards of master data governance and accuracy across our SAP systems. As Master Data Senior Coordinator, you'll maintain the integrity and consistency of customer and non-trade vendor data, whilst serving as a subject matter expert who drives process improvements and collaborates across business units to support seamless operations throughout the organisation.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain the governance, consistency, accuracy, and integrity of master data within all systems.
  • Oversee the creation, modification, and deactivation of master data records whilst following established policies, controls, and approval workflows throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units to resolve master data issues and align cross-functional requirements effectively.
  • Ensure all master data processes comply with internal controls and provide comprehensive documentation to support audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency through standardisation and automation initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for master data management, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.

You have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in master data management.
  • SAP proficiency, with S/4 HANA experience being advantageous.
  • Data validation and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office applications expertise.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, order to cash and vendor management/Finance AP.
