As a Recruitment Consultant within team Intermediair you work on the perfect match between Independent Professionals (ZP'ers) and leading clients such as Rabobank, Vattenfall and various ministries. You will join an energetic team led by Bart and Emiel, with Marelle as manager ultimately responsible. Each team member has their own expertise and clientele - you will be an important pivot in realizing the right connections.

What makes this role unique? You get to deal with a wide variety of assignments, high dynamics and collaboration with top clients. Every request is different - and that requires creativity, speed and sharpness in your selection. Whether it's IT specialists or professionals with niche knowledge, you ensure the best match.

What will you do?

  • You handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt, careful follow-up;
  • You will put out requests within our network of vendors and independent professionals;
  • You screen potential candidates for their expertise, experience and availability;
  • You introduce the best match to the customer, always within the deadline;
  • You will build and maintain long-term relationships with ZP'ers and clients;

What we expect from you

  • Minimum hbo working and thinking level;
  • Your command of the Dutch language is excellent;
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or Talent Manager;
  • Commercial acumen and a healthy drive to perform;
  • Experience or affinity with IT is a plus;
  • You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
