About this role

Join our Global Finance Operations (GFO) team as a leader who embodies our values to lead, deliver, and care. You will head a critical team dedicated to operational excellence within the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. By driving governance frameworks and ensuring compliance, you help us aim high and maintain a world-class control environment. This is a pivotal role reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO), where your leadership ensures we stay one step ahead.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Lead and inspire a team of specialists to deliver high-quality support services across global Order to Cash (O2C) operations.
• Own and execute the O2C governance framework, including standard operating procedures and responsibility matrices.
• Ensure full compliance with internal control frameworks and international financial reporting standards.
• Drive collaboration with internal audit and risk teams to maintain a transparent and audit-ready environment.
• Utilize performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales and Treasury to embed efficient, new ways of working.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities that enhance data integrity and process efficiency.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven experience leading finance operations or shared services teams in a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including billing, collections, and dispute management.
• Expertise in building governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational compliance.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence across diverse global teams.
• A growth mindset focused on driving innovation and helping others succeed within the team.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
