You also gain insight into how a fast‑growing company organizes and improves its employee services. This Business Administration | Human Resource Management internship offers hands‑on experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Your assignment

During this internship, you help the team improve the way we organize and deliver People Operations services. Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

  • Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or MBO program in business administration, human resource management, office and management support, commercial economics, or a related field.

  • For MBO candidates, tasks and responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly while the main drivers of the internship remain the same.

  • Communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Don’t let this scare you—learning on the job is part of the internship. You won’t be expected to speak English all day. The goal is to grow your confidence step by step.

  • Are collaborative and enjoy working with different teams.

  • Work in a structured and proactive way.

  • Are curious, analytical, and open to learning new skills.
