About the role

As an App Campaign Intern in the App & Digital Experience team, you will support the App Commerce Manager in creating a consumer-facing digital app experience. You will focus on setting up in-app campaigns and analyzing campaign performance. You will support messaging, product gathering, voucher performance for in-app campaigns, and tasks related to the product portfolio.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Assist in managing the app portfolio, including the app’s content and promotional offerings.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to performance analysis, to drive app engagement and user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with local markets to coordinate Deals of the Month, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
  • Contribute creative ideas for push notifications to enhance user retention and engagement.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Studying towards your Masters (preferred) or Bachelor degree in the following fields: Analytics, Marketing, Business, Digital & Economics.
  • Ideally have some relevant internship or working experience.
  • You are structured and digital savvy and have a good understanding of omni-channel marketing.
  • Have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user. Canva is a plus.
