Producer & Content Specialist (ENG)

Fatboy is looking for a new addition to our marketing team. Are you an organized, hands-on creative with a sharp eye for design and production? Then we have a spot for you on the Fatboy team.

What will you be doing?

As a Producer & Content Specialist, you are responsible for the full organization and coordination of shoots, events, pop-up showrooms, trade fairs, and our internal showroom. This includes all logistical aspects such as planning, transport, set-up, and breakdown. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and occasionally lend a hand on-site when needed.

You are responsible for the organization and delivery of all visual content, as well as the continuous optimization of our content production processes. While you are not creating the content yourself, you manage the processes in close collaboration with our internal creative team and external photographers. You operate at the center of creation, photography, styling, and execution, ensuring that every production, big or small, is efficiently managed, professionally executed, and perfectly delivered.

With a strong sense of styling, aesthetics, and design quality, you continuously explore new ways of working. From advanced rendering techniques and AI-driven tools to smarter workflows that enable us to produce consistent, high-quality content at scale.

You will:

• Direct and coordinate all visual content productions.

• Act as the linking pin between creation, photography, styling, production and other stakeholders.

• Safeguard quality, planning and efficient workflows across all productions.

• Handle all practical aspects of image production, including location scheduling, set organization and asset delivery.

• Explore and implement new possibilities such as 3D rendering, AI-driven content creation and other innovative production tools.

• Continuously optimize processes, tools and workflows to produce visual and written content faster, smarter and more consistently.

• Organize, prepare and produce events and pop-up showrooms, both nationally and internationally.

• Ensure flawless logistical execution for these events.

• Keep the internal showroom up-to-date and presentation-ready.

• Manage budgets and ensure an optimal balance between creativity, costs and results.

• Apply a strong sense of styling, aesthetics and design coherence across all visual output.

You are hands-on, with a strong sense of styling and design. You enjoy a varied role and feel comfortable switching between creative, organizational, and practical tasks. You are highly organized, structured, and proactive, and you communicate easily with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
