Healthcare requires continuity, flexibility, and sharp management. As an MSP Consultant Health at HeadFirst Group, you will be responsible for organizing and improving external hiring at leading healthcare institutions in the Randstad, including UMC Utrecht, LUMC, and 's Heeren Loo.

What will you do?

  • Managing the entire MSP hiring process for healthcare clients in the Randstad region;
  • Act as the first point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers;
  • Advising on external hiring within applicable laws and regulations;
  • Monitoring quality, turnaround times, and service levels;
  • Active stakeholder management within a large and complex supplier landscape;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements;
  • Contribute to absorbing growth and peak loads for customers;
  • Collaborating with fellow consultants and internal support teams;
  • Contributing ideas about expanding and further developing existing customer relationships.

What we expect from you

  • Higher vocational education or university level of working and thinking;
  • Experience as an MSP Consultant is a definite advantage;
  • Background in healthcare mediation or the healthcare labor market is highly desirable;
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in laws and regulations concerning external hiring;
  • Strong communication and advisory skills;
  • You are stress-resistant, analytical, and proactive;
  • You feel at home in a complex, administrative environment;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
