About this role
Job Purpose
Giving relevant support to Sales Managers/Directors/Division Managers (administrative) and customers (B2B) (order management service) during and after the sales process, to ensure effective sales process flow and customer satisfaction in alignment with the overall sales strategy. This position offers the opportunity for career development and advancement within Barentz, with potential growth into various directions depending on individual performance and company needs.
Tasks and responsibilities
Proactively managed customer order management, forecast management, and sales contract management.
Supporting the Sales Manager in keeping CRM up-to-date, supporting by creation and maintenance of business opportunities and customer sample requests
Support the Local Principal Manager with administrative tasks related to business reporting towards the principals.
Help customers with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, etc.
Ensure timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors.
Use a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
Respond to routine inquiries (such as address changes, delivery delays, etc.) by referring customers to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior team members.
Enter text lines to stock items and approve/sign off calculations.
Collect and send related documents to Sales, Supply Chain, or QA
Register and manage Non-Conformity Incidents.
May promote products/services and have pricing responsibility, but does not have a sales quota.
Supporting the Sales manager in the setup of account plans, middle and long-term.
Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
Collect and update market info in CRM to support today's and future business.
Correct data processing in CRM / Scala (ERP) and keeping this data up to date.
Respect ISO and QA procedures.
Support reporting and create insights from sales and operational data.
Maintain SharePoint sites as needed

About You
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in education
3 or more years of experience in a relevant field or related experience
Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
Provides assistance and training to other employees.
Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
