Your future role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – from planning through to successful on-site commissioning.

You will drive the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions, ensuring that customer requirements are not only met but exceeded. In addition to traditional Project Management responsibilities, you will coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and high stakeholder satisfaction.

You will be a key member of our Project Management team, where projects are led with a high degree of autonomy and professional expertise. Working closely with colleagues from regions such as South America, Australia, and Asia, you will leverage international collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve sustainable project success.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record in delivering complex industrial projects
• Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set priorities and exceed expectations
• A positive attitude and professional communication style
