As a Customer Operations Technician, you will likely need cabling experience and the ability to utilise good computer, communication, and database skills, while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too!

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer requests
  • Performing technical tasks on behalf of customers
  • Installing customer equipment in racks
  • Laying cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)
  • Monitoring and responding to alarm notifications
  • Ensuring proper documentation of customer work performed

Who you are

  • Experience in Data Centres or an adjacent industry/environment
  • Ideally, fibre experience
  • Looking to upskill, develop, and work closely as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to use judgement to make decisions under the guidance of others
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is beneficial but not required)
