As a Customer Operations Technician, you will likely need cabling experience and the ability to utilise good computer, communication, and database skills, while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too!
