As Branding & Communication manager you will focus on building mental availability and the activation of the premium brand Debic. You will help to translate the vision for the global brand Debic into an actionable plan for online and offline communication.

Responsibilities range from improving image and perception in existing markets to building mental availability in new and emerging markets. This includes creating campaign content, infinite content (e.g creating brand magazines) and acting as a support to the Global Branding & Communication Lead. You need to be close to markets, the channel team, the digital team, the internal culinary community and our external food professionals (influencers and ambassadors).

Your concrete tasks:

  • Coordinate/ support all aspects of the campaign process from start to finish in cooperation with the channel managers and digital team;
  • Starting with creating a briefing, specifying all deliverables, estimating project duration, effort and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans, managing PPMs and collaborating with markets;
  • Develop content plan for HUB content (including !D magazine) & steer HUB project team;
  • Support in developing the communication strategy for the brand Debic;
  • Have regular updates via communication meetings with the local marketers to: update them on running projects, understand international developments in communication environment and understand the local needs in terms of communication;
  • Monitoring campaign implementation, tracking campaign targets, implementing corrective measurements and managing budgets will be a key element of this role
