About the job

At Coty we are looking for ambitious Sales interns with a hands-on mentality. As a Sales intern, you will collaborate in a Key Account team within the sales department. This internship is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam and at your home-office.

  • Consumer Beauty is focused on color cosmetics, body care and mass scents in the mass retail channel. Its iconic brand portfolio includes significant key brands like Rimmel London, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Bourjois, Mass Fragrances and many others. The Consumer Beauty portfolio is in full development, ensuring Beauty never stands still.
  • Luxury is a strong player in the luxury fragrance and skincare perfumery market. Key brands within Luxury are the skincare brands Lancaster and Philosophy, and luxury fragrance brands including Hugo Boss, Gucci, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Jil Sander, JOOP!, Lacoste, Escada, and Davidoff.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Key Account Team with storechecks including reporting
  • Data analysis & financial tasks
  • Prepare product and trade activities data according to Key Account needs
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing/Marketing team delivery of marketing materials to Key Accounts
  • Implement and full follow up of trade plan initiatives of Coty Beauty brands
  • Updating account files with timely and accurate delivery
  • Be part of the team managing the Consumer Beauty Color Service round operations

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES

  • Team player, energetic, good empathy and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention for detail and structured
  • Good command of office software, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactivity and self-starter. Results oriented. Ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives in a multi-task demanding environment
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Period

This internship is full-time (38 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from February/March 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and travel allowance, if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
