Healthcare Solutions Manager – Sales

As Healthcare Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of SN categories in LATAM (Central America Zone mainly) by:

  • Driving healthcare engagement and sales performance through high-performing distributor and HCP (Health Care Professional) field force teams.
  • Leading the execution of healthcare strategies, in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Building strong partnerships with medical institutions, HCPs, and distributors.
  • Managing day-to-day healthcare nutrition and sales operations with full business accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Healthcare Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional healthcare plans based on market analysis, competitive trends, and business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Build and coach high-performing medical field teams. Support Country Field Managers in their leadership roles and drive competency-based learning programs.
  • Sales Excellence: Lead strategic selling processes, top-to-top engagements, and ensure excellence in execution of CRM and SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) plans, training for Med Reps.
  • Distributor Management: Strengthen relationships with distributors and position yourself as a trusted expert who adds value to their HCP agenda.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy, Medical Affairs, SFE, and Digital Healthcare teams to co-create impactful healthcare strategies.
  • Territory Optimization: Allocate resources effectively across healthcare channels using deep channel insights.

About you

About Your Skills

  • KPI and Dashboard Expertise, comfortable with dashboard and KPIs monitoring (Coverage, Frequency, Segmentation, Bonus scheme for Med Rep, Selling Skills levels, etc…)
  • Office tools fluency with excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint
  • Decision making based on structure analysis
  • Translating complex product benefits into clear, customer-relevant narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals, distributors, or decision-makers.
  • Connecting customer needs with product solutions through storytelling that is both data-driven and emotionally engaging.
  • Structuring conversations around value creation, using insights, evidence, and tailored messaging to drive prescription or purchase decisions.
  • Influencing stakeholders by presenting a consistent, credible, and compelling brand message across channels.
  • Adapting the story to different audiences (e.g. medical, commercial, strategic) while maintaining alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

About Your Background

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales within pharmaceutical, nutrition, or medical equipment industries.
  • Education: BSc in Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or equivalent. Specialized Nutrition experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
  • Cross-functional mindset
