Project manager Group (PMO)

Are you looking for a role where you can drive brand consistency and coordinate high‑impact projects across multiple countries? As our PMO Group for Mediq Own Brand and Visual Identity, you will oversee brand integration activities and ensure that our product portfolio and packaging are aligned across markets. You work closely with teams in different functions and countries to enable smooth, consistent and compliant execution.

What you will do

• Lead the Group‑wide implementation of Mediq’s visual identity across packaging and categories
• Manage a multi‑functional project team and guide deliverables to successful completion
• Provide clear milestone updates and maintain visibility for senior management
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Supply Chain, QA/RA, Category Directors and local marketing teams
• Manage the integration of acquired brands into the central Private Label portfolio
• Maintain project governance including timelines, dependencies, risks, reporting and steering documentation
• Collaborate with design agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery
• Ensure artwork and packaging comply with regulatory, technical and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of packaging and brand change processes

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Over five years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Brand Operations or Packaging and Artwork Change (healthcare, medtech or FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of private label, packaging and supply chain workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across European teams
• Analytical, structured and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through
• Skilled in project management tools; formal certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
