Who we are & what we do

Sweav is a scale-up with a new model for strategy and M&A support. Professionals from the most elite firms are jumping off the traditional career ladder and joining our freelance community.

We have a dual purpose. The first is that we empower top notch individuals to (re)gain independence in life. In their professional lives, so they can work where they have the highest impact. And in their personal lives, so they become happier and more productive members of society. The second is to lower the barrier for clients to hire these talented people, through a more flexible and cost effective model.

Sweav was founded in 2021 by former strategy consultants Thijmen Kaster and Joeri Schouten, and has rapidly grown to a community of more than 350 high-end independent strategy and M&A professionals trained at the most elite firms. We completed over 300 projects for clients in Private Equity, Corporates and scale-ups.

Sweav is currently with a team of 15.

What you will do

You'll get the unique opportunity to contribute to Sweav's growth and come up with creative solutions to increase high-quality leads, improve conversion, and increase retention.

Responsibilities (shared between team members):

• Identify potential clients.
• (Re)activate potential clients through targeted (email) outreach and via warm introductions within the network.
• Retain current active clients through consistent and personalized engagement.
• Maintain overview of ongoing projects and actively communicate with our members.

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Final stage (or recent graduate) of WO Bachelor or Master degree
• Commercially savvy
• Already gained some experience working in Excel, or is able to learn quickly
• Available for 3 days per week for at least 4-6 months
