Creative Strategist at Mr.Prezident (Amsterdam, 32–40 hours)

We believe presentations are important moments. Whether it is getting investors on board, sharing your vision at an event or selling your solution to potential clients. As a Creative Strategist at Mr.Prezident, these presentations are at the core of everything you do. You help B2B organizations improve how they sell, communicate and activate their teams through strong stories and practical (sales) content.

What You’ll Do

You work closely with clients, ask the right questions and translate complex information into clear presentation narratives that help sales teams perform better, on stage, in boardrooms and in everyday sales conversations. Eventually helping them to achieve more with their presentations.

Your Responsibilities as a Creative Strategist

• You work closely with our clients to truly understand their field, target audiences and goals.
• You translate complex information into clear strategies and compelling story structures for presentations and other communication tools. Summarizing, refining and writing copy.
• Together with our design team, you bring company propositions to life through inspiring and convincing creative concepts and (sales) narratives.
• You prepare and lead workshops and other interactive sessions, both internally and together with clients.

About you

• 💻 5+ years of experience as a strategist, consultant, business coach, or communication expert.
• 🗂️ You’re curious, have broad interests and love diving deep into information to truly understand a product, service, or client.
• 🧩 You’re not afraid to ask critical questions and you like solving puzzles, always looking for clear, well-narrated solutions.
• 🚀 You combine analytical thinking with creative insights and ideas to help clients reach their goals.
• 📣 You present with confidence and communicate your ideas in an convincing way, both internally and to clients.
• 🔤 You simplify complex things and bring clarity. You care about quality and speak up when something can be better.
• 🗣️ You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
• 🌍 You enjoy working in an international, dynamic team and help keep the energy high.

Sync is our newly launched company focused on bringing messaging, materials and people together to drive commercial success. Synchronizing sales and marketing teams by mapping their sales funnel and (buyer) personas, sharpening their sales narrative and creating effective sales materials. Through a clear method, hands-on workshops, and practical activation, Sync helps teams sell more consistently, convincingly and confidently.
