Join Coty’s Europe Distributor Markets team as a Demand Planning Intern and gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s largest beauty companies, renowned for its iconic brands in fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin and body care.

About the Department

You will be part of the Market Supply Chain team, responsible for 18-month forecasting and S&OP, focusing on Distributor and Ecommerce channels across 40 countries.

The Role

During the internship, you will:

  • Run analysis and support reporting to deliver the 50/50 demand plan for several brands in the Business Unit.
  • Work on a project to deliver improvements in local planning processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, gaining insights into internal and external forecasting processes and enabling complex international supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Student in a Supply Chain Master program (must remain enrolled with your university).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Flexible and open for challenges.
  • Team player.
  • Good administrative and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passion for beauty and our brands, with a strong affinity for the dynamics of FMCG.

Internship Details

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 5-6 months, starting from February 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and an NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, though this will largely need to be done in your own time.
