Lead the creation and growth of breakthrough consumer propositions that define the future of the venture. You’ll discover new spaces, turn insights into opportunity, shape ideas into scalable market successes. You’ll combine strategic clarity, creativity, and data-driven experimentation to design propositions that consumers love — and bring them to life through powerful marketing and communication.

You are both a strategic architect and a market maker, crafting propositions and GTM plans that move hearts, drive adoption, and create lasting impact.

Your role:

1. Proposition Leadership & Discovery

  • Identify untapped consumer tensions, trends, and opportunity spaces — transforming them into bold, insight-led propositions.
  • Define value propositions, positioning territories, benefit hierarchies, and claims frameworks that inspire product and communication development.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and operation teams to ensure proposition intent is carried through the full consumer experience.

2. Rapid Validation & Experimentation

  • Lead a culture of learning and speed: use agile, AI-enabled, and digital testing tools to validate desirability, messaging, and creative early.
  • Design and interpret experiments (concept tests, smoke tests, prototype feedback loops) to reduce risk and accelerate market fit.
  • Continuously evolve propositions based on consumer feedback, performance data, and competitive signals.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy & Communication

  • Translate proposition drivers into clear go-to-market blueprints — target segments, channel strategy, creative briefs, and communication strategy.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communication Manager to bring propositions to life through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all downstream marketing and activation remain true to the core consumer promise and strategic intent.

4. Cross-Functional Influence

  • Partner with Product, Innovation, and Commercial teams to shape MVP features, claims feasibility, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive alignment and advocacy for propositions across the organization — from development through to launch and lifecycle growth.

5. Lifecycle Optimization

  • Monitor in-market performance, consumer sentiment, and category dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Evolve proposition and communication levers to improve conversion, loyalty, and advocacy across the customer journey.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or proposition management within consumer goods, beauty, durables, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Your skills include agile experimentation, rapid validation, and leveraging AI and digital tools for faster, smarter learning.
  • Proven track record of creating and launching propositions that deliver measurable business and brand impact, and also proven track record in building impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong command of consumer insight, positioning, messaging, and claims development.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.)
  • Exceptional storytelling, influencing, and leadership skills — able to align diverse teams behind a compelling vision.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
