We are seeking experienced professionals to actively participate in the sales process, design, and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA procurement (MM) solutions for both greenfield and brownfield projects. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership, demonstrate strong communication skills, possess practical expertise, and provide strategic guidance by translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement solutions.

Job Responsibilities as follows:

  • Defining and Documenting Requirements: Analyze and solve business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to Accenture or client needs.
  • Developing an Integrated Enterprise View: Use industry-standard techniques to create cohesive frameworks that support solution development.
  • Gathering and Analyzing Information: Translate business needs into project specifications, forming the foundation for building effective solutions.
  • Identifying Functional Changes: Pinpoint necessary changes for new or existing features, ensuring solutions remain relevant and effective.
  • Evaluating Functional Specifications: Ensure that documented use cases and requirements provide clear guidance for system changes or new features, which are essential for solution implementation.
  • Working on Solution, Strategy, and Functionality: Actively demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Providing Solutions to Complex Problems: Leverage your expertise to solve challenging business issues, with solutions implemented by your team.

Strategic and Leadership Aspects

  • Independent Decision-Making: Determine methods and procedures for new assignments, often involving the selection of the best solution approach.
  • Setting Strategic Direction: Help establish near-term goals, guiding the team toward solution-oriented objectives.
  • Senior Management Interaction including C-Level: Negotiate and influence significant matters, often related to solution adoption and strategic alignment.
  • Latitude in Decision-Making: Exercise autonomy to determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments, including choosing and refining solutions.
