🎯 The Role: Sales & Marketing Executive
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Prioticket, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our commercial growth. While your primary focus will be on sales, you will also bring a strong marketing mindset to the table, working closely with our design and product team to create materials that communicate our value clearly and consistently.
You will help shape and implement our marketing initiatives, support the development of our sales strategy together with C-level leadership and the Head of Sales, and take ownership of lead qualification and campaign execution. Your work ensures that our commercial approach is aligned, targeted, and impactful.
🤝 What You'll Do
Sales
- Own the qualification and prioritization of inbound leads, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy and client personas.
- Support the Head of Sales with preparing and delivering demos and presentations
- Lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals, ensuring consistency with our brand and value proposition.
- Collaborate on RFP responses and keep our CRM complete, accurate, and structured, ensuring it’s a strategic tool for actionable sales and marketing insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales, driving commercial growth by challenging the status quo and contributing innovative ideas.
Marketing
- Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives inbound (pull) demand and elevates Prioticket’s brand.
- Align sales and marketing efforts with the Head of Sales to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Initiate and manage integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand-building activities across multiple channels (i.e. connectivity certificate).
- Analyze market trends and customer insights for both sales and marketing tactics.
- Select and attend relevant events and trade shows, clearly defining objectives and expected outcomes in advance based on alignment with client personas, product strategy and company goals.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for each event/trade show, including the creation of documentation, presentations and scheduling of related social media posts and promotional activities.
- Create brand-building and awareness activities.
💡 What We're Looking For
- Experienced in Sales, Marketing Coordination, Business Development, or similar commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of lead qualification, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting and collaborating across teams (including design and product)
- Experience creating clear, compelling sales and marketing materials that communicate value and drive engagement
- Structured and detail-oriented, especially in CRM management and content organization
- Creative, commercially minded, and comfortable shaping both messaging and visuals
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in building momentum and delivering results
- Comfortable working closely with C-level leadership and the Head of Sales to help shape and implement commercial strategy
🙋 Bonus Points if you have
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, sales automation, or CRM tools
- Fluency in Italian, French, or Spanish
- Experience in travel, tourism, SaaS, or marketplace industries
- Understanding of basic graphic or content design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Google Slides)
- Based in or near Amsterdam (preferred)

We believe in rewarding excellence. You will start with a solid base salary of approximately €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience). With our bonus structure, hitting your targets means you can effectively double your income. This gives you a realistic path to an OTE of €100k in your first year.
