As Project Manager – Process Development, you will lead R&D projects focused on developing new processes, improving existing ones, and bringing innovative solutions to our global dairy operations. Acting as the link between Supply Chain, Product Development and Process Technology, you will ensure that our products meet market expectations while optimizing production efficiency. Your key responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and execute projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams with the right expertise.
• Report on status, progress, issues, risks, and actions while proactively removing roadblocks.
• Collaborate closely with experts in R&D and (Global) Supply Chain Technology.
• Ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and designs to production sites and support implementation.
• Travel occasionally (<10%) to production sites, suppliers, and partners.

You will join the R&D Science & Technology at our Innovation Centre in Wageningen, working alongside 50 technologists across five expertise areas. Collaboration extends beyond your immediate team to R&D Development Teams, R&D Expert Teams, Operations, Global Supply Chain Technology, and external partners.
