We’re looking for an HR intern to join our enthusiastic team for approximately 4 days per week. In this role, you’ll dive into the world of HR operations, contribute to creating an outstanding employee experience and learn the ins and outs of HR while still studying.

What you will do

  • Support recruitment activities by posting vacancies, scheduling interviews and keeping candidates informed.
  • Organize and coordinate onboarding programs, guiding new colleagues through the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare HR communications for onboarding, updates and internal announcements.
  • Assist with HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
  • Draft contracts and official letters.
  • Work closely with HR generalists and business partners on individual cases and, in doing so, gain exposure to employment law, the Works Council and HR best practices.
  • Improve and maintain HR documentation.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, psychology, business administration or a related field. Please note that you need to be enrolled at an educational institute for the entire internship.
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch employment law
  • Proactive, independent and hands-on; ready to take responsibility.
  • Organized, communicative and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

What we offer

  • A non-thesis internship of at least 5 months, working 4 days per week in a supportive and collaborative team.
  • Space for your own ideas and initiatives.
  • An internship allowance of EUR 500 per month.
  • Preferred start date: end of January or early February.
