Lead the commercial success of our most complex projects.

We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Manager to take ownership of contract and claims management across large-scale, high-value projects. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy, managing risk, and driving profitability — with a strong focus on FIDIC and NEC contract frameworks.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead contract management for major, complex projects with high commercial exposure.
  • Own the claims process — from identification and preparation to negotiation and resolution — ensuring timely and favorable outcomes.
  • Safeguard project profitability by proactively managing contractual risks, obligations, and entitlements.
  • Advise and empower project teams with contractual insights that improve decision-making and performance.

As a senior member of the Project Management department, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration for large, complex projects — including financial oversight, progress tracking, and commercial governance.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and risk appetite.
  • Develop and implement contractual risk frameworks that integrate into project execution and decision-making.
  • Identify, prepare, and resolve claims and change orders, ensuring robust documentation and strategic positioning.
  • Translate complex contract terms into actionable processes for project teams, improving compliance and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, legal, procurement, and finance to ensure cohesive commercial execution.
  • Monitor and report on project status, risks, and milestones, with a focus on contractual and financial impact.

Your profile

  • You are a strategic, results-oriented professional with deep expertise in contract and claims management for large, complex projects. You bring:
  • Proven experience managing high-value contracts in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
  • Strong command of contract law, commercial negotiation, and claims strategy.
  • Ability to assess scope changes, quantify impact, and lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Experience advising procurement and sales teams on commercial terms and risk allocation.
  • A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
