We are looking for an experienced IPS Competency Journey Manager to develop, deliver and continuously enhance training programs for key roles working within our Integrated Project Solutions (IPS) setup. In this role, you will act as a domain expert, creating impactful learning content that enables, qualifies and certifies our Design & Engineering as well as Prefabrication service providers.

What You'll Do

  • Define competency-based learning plans, training modules, exercises and case studies
  • Tailor learning content to different role requirements to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Develop high-quality training materials in close alignment with subject-matter experts and regional stakeholders
  • Professionally execute master class trainings and certifications
  • Enable peers to deliver selected training content through train-the-trainer activities
  • Facilitate engaging, interactive, hands-on training sessions
  • Support IPS service delivery activities and foster collaboration across teams
  • Collect and translate feedback from participants into training and service improvements
  • Help shape and maintain a community of service providers
  • Continuously challenge existing concepts and drive program quality, effectiveness and relevance

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in areas relevant to engineering or project execution services
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technical or functional training
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written
  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands without a sponsorship; the position requires to be based in the Netherlands and to travel outside the EU.
