About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern to join our dynamic Corporate Affairs & Engagement team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to L'Oréal's ambitious "L'Oréal for the Future" (L4TF) commitments, focusing on activating internal engagement and accelerating our social development programs on the ground. You will play a crucial role in bringing our sustainability and social impact initiatives to life, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a leading global company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L4TF Program Activation & Internal Engagement:
    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal L4TF activation campaigns and events.
    • Collaborate closely with internal "Sustainability Champions" across various departments to foster engagement and ensure consistent communication of our L4TF commitments.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting on internal L4TF initiatives and employee participation.
    • Help develop internal communication materials (presentations, newsletters, intranet content) to raise awareness and drive action.
  • Social Development NGO Partnerships:
    • Actively work on the ground with our social development NGO partners to support and accelerate the implementation of L'Oréal's CSR programs.
    • Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of joint initiatives.
    • Participate in field visits to assess program impact and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on the progress and impact of our CSR programs.
  • General CSR Support:
    • Conduct research on best practices in corporate sustainability and social impact.
    • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to CSR activities.
    • Support other ad-hoc CSR projects and initiatives as required.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies).
  • Demonstrated passion for Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in English and [Local Language, if applicable, e.g., Arabic].
  • Ability to conduct on-ground visits and fieldwork with NGO partners.
