Internship Opportunity: Support for PMO and Business Analysis Teams in the Benelux Project Portfolio

What will you do?

During this internship, you will support the PMO and Business Analysis teams across our Benelux project portfolio. You’ll help turn stakeholder needs into clear documentation, visualize current processes, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements that increase delivery efficiency.

• Map current processes and create clear process diagrams and flowcharts
• Analyse gaps across projects and propose pragmatic improvement options
• Support portfolio governance by collecting KPI data and maintaining progress trackers
• Prepare dashboards, management visuals and reports for steering committees
• Create and refine reporting templates and standardized process documentation
• Experiment with AI tools, AI bots and AI agents to explore new ways of improving PMO and business analysis processes

Who are you?

You are currently studying Business Administration (e.g. IBA, MBA or MScBA), Data Analytics or a related field (HBO/WO or equivalent). Additionally:

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You understand basic principles of business process mapping and requirements gathering
• You are familiar with project management and PMO fundamentals and comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• You are detail-oriented, well-organized and manage your time effectively
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You have clear and professional communication skills
• You are self-driven, curious, and proactive in seeking clarity and improvements
• You are eager to explore and experiment with AI tools, automations and emerging technologies
• Experience with building AI bots or AI agents — and/or basic familiarity with tools such as n8n — is highly desirable (you will receive hands-on guidance, support and a platform to practice and develop these skills during the internship)
