Join Versuni as a Senior Manager Digital Innovation & Optimization

The Digital Innovation & Optimisation Lead is responsible for driving technology-enabled innovation across the global organisation. This role identifies, evaluates, and implements emerging digital capabilities—particularly in AI, automation, content and workflow optimisation—to enhance operational efficiency, employee enablement, customer experience, and business performance. The position acts as a catalyst for change, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of digital capability and continuously improves how it operates.

Digital Innovation & Strategy Development

  • Lead the discovery, evaluation, and adoption of emerging digital technologies (AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking digital innovation roadmap aligned to business strategy and global priorities, working with the Digital Operations Director to ensure scalable and enterprise enablement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to digitise processes, improve decision-making, and unlock new value streams.

AI-Driven Enablement & Capability Building

  • Drive the design and deployment of AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity, accuracy, and content optimisations across the organisation with a key focus on the commerce and content landscape.
  • Champion responsible and ethical AI use, supporting governance frameworks and standards.
  • Build internal digital literacy through training, change management, and capability-building programmes.
  • Promote the adoption of AI and optimisation tools to empower teams globally.

Operational Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and re-engineer processes to streamline workflows and remove friction in global operations.
  • Lead pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and controlled experiments to validate new technologies and measure business impact.
  • Establish key metrics and dashboards to track digital usage, process performance, and optimisation outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with global business, markets, IT teams, and transformation leads to co-design solutions that meet real-world needs.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate opportunities, benefits, and requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with external technology partners, start-ups, and vendors to stay ahead of market innovation.

Governance, Change & Adoption

  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance standards.
  • Create clear implementation plans and change-management approaches that drive business adoption and maximise ROI.
  • Support communication strategies that highlight the impact and value of digital initiatives.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation, innovation, or AI-driven initiatives in a global organisation.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, data governance, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical digital or AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
  • Experience designing and running pilots, proof-of-concepts, and experiments with measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled in process optimisation, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated capability in change management, adoption planning, and digital literacy enablement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Future-focused, curious mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
