Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to translate insights into brand impact? As Senior MarComm Manager within Philips Oral Health Care, you’ll shape how Dental Professionals around the world experience and connect with our brand — leading the development of powerful, integrated communications that inform, inspire, and drive advocacy.
In this role, you will own and evolve the global Dental Professional brand positioning, communications platform, and long-term content strategy. You’ll guide teams and agencies to create consistent, insight-driven campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our purpose and leadership in oral health.

Brand Positioning & Communications Platform
- Own and develop the global brand positioning, narrative, and identity for Dental Professionals, ensuring consistency across all professional touchpoints.
- Define and evolve the MarComm strategy and communications platform — ensuring it remains relevant, distinctive, and consistent across campaigns and content.
- Collaborate closely with Field Enablement, Engagement & Education leads to create a seamless brand experience across the professional ecosystem.
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and lead the global B2B brand and content strategy with an 18–24 month campaign calendar aligned to business priorities.
- Define global messaging and content direction, supporting both near-term activation and long-term brand building.
- Ensure all campaigns are grounded in audience insights and reflect thought leadership within the dental professional community.
- Act as MarComm budget holder and ensure strategic allocation of resources for maximum brand and business impact.
Toolkit Development and Playbooks
- Lead the creation and validation of key integrated campaigns (e.g. NPIs, programs) and multi-year brand campaigns — On Time and In Full (OTIF).
- Co-develop integrated marketing briefs reflecting deep customer insights and business objectives.
- Develop global media guidelines in collaboration with Media experts to inform toolkit activation strategies.
- Provide direction and coaching to the MarComm Manager(s) to ensure flawless execution and consistent quality across deliverables.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Partner closely with cross-functional and regional marketing teams to align on strategy, ensure execution excellence, and secure accountability for results.
- Foster collaboration across teams and markets to scale best practices and accelerate global consistency.
Agency & Performance Oversight
- Lead the selection, onboarding, and governance of global creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and Philips’ creative excellence standards.
- Steer agencies to deliver high-quality, insight-driven content and storytelling that brings the brand to life.
- Monitor campaign and content effectiveness, share performance learnings, and drive continuous improvement together with regional teams.

Experience you bring:
- 8+ years of Marketing Communications experience, preferably in personal health, medical devices, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record in developing and leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative agencies and driving global brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) and/or B2B2C marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and coaching team members.
- Fluent in English (required).
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
