Women's Event: Wine & Dine

Would you like to learn more about what it is like to work as a woman in strategy consulting and network with our female Partners and Consultants? Are you interested in finding out if a career at a top-tier consultancy firm suits you? If so, we invite you to join our Women event “Wine & Dine” on the 5th of February.

Founded by two female McKinsey consultants in 2000, Eden McCallum supports clients to resolve their most pressing issues of strategy, operations, and organisation. Working with a group of independent consultants of the highest caliber, we have pioneered an approach delivering tangible impact, client ownership, and great value. Our clients span all sectors, from retail/consumer to industrials, healthcare, financial services, tech, media, telecoms, utilities, B2B services and the public sector.

With more than 50% of our partners being women at Eden McCallum, we understand the importance of having women at the top. Having a diverse and inclusive workplace is vital to build and foster excellent teams and deliver high quality solutions to our clients.

What to expect

During Eden McCallum's Wine & Dine event, you will have the opportunity to meet some of our female Partners and Consultants and to ask any questions to our Dutch team during a Q&A session. We will kick off with drinks at our Amsterdam office, giving you an insight into our culture and way of working. After these introductions, we will move to a restaurant to enjoy dinner together. You will be among an exclusive group of female (ex-)students who are all interested in strategy consultancy, making this the perfect opportunity to expand your network!

In short, you can expect:

• Meet the women of Eden McCallum and the opportunity to ask them all your questions
• An introduction to our innovative consulting model, our Analyst Programme, and our people & culture
• Networking with women who are all interested in strategy consultancy
• A tour of our Amsterdam Zuidas office
• And of course, an exclusive dinner with our consultants

The event will take place on Thursday the 5th of February from 15:00 to 22:00.

Our application deadline is Wednesday the 28th of January (23:59) and you will be notified if you are selected on the 30th of January. To apply we ask you to upload your CV. Please note that fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
