DevOps Architect Opportunity

As a DevOps Architect, you will act as an efficiency ambassador, advising, assessing, defining, implementing, and supporting world-class DevOps architectures and ways of working. You’ll define the delivery and organization in large-scale, enterprise-level programs.

In this role, you will design and guide the implementation and adoption of DevOps practices for complex business domains. You will take on high responsibilities such as leadership decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. You understand the importance of aligning Business, Development, and Operational domains. You can manage large or multiple teams, report adequately, set up coherent goals, and are recognized as a strong leader.

Your background demonstrates a deep understanding of the software delivery process, with a commitment to quality and best practices. You are naturally able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment under high pressure.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Work closely with Engineering teams, helping projects adopt and implement changes to improve speed and process maturity.
• Facilitate DevOps discussions throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for your area(s) of responsibility, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for your area of responsibility.
• Interact with senior management levels at clients and/or within the company, involving negotiation or influence on significant matters.
• Exercise latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Manage large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the company.
